Short Bio
My career began in graphic design, transitioned through UI/UX design, and evolved into web development—where I rediscovered my true passion for coding. I find web development the most enjoyable and fulfilling aspect of my work, and I thrive on the challenge, creativity, unlimited learning opportunity it offers.
Now that I am based in Europe, I am eager to join a dynamic team where I can further develop my skills and contribute to innovative projects.

I joined as a developer and ended up being much more than that — part operator, part growth driver, part fixer of whatever broke next. I worked across a group of hospitality and tourism businesses: Ondas de Angelo (boat tours on the Tagus River in Lisbon, one of the city's top-rated operators), the Danube Delta boat tour operation in Romania, ManuBBQ and its 7 sub-brands (restaurants), and ManuBnB (short-term accommodation). Tech & product work Built and maintained web properties using React, Astro, Supabase, Directus, and various CMS platforms — including manubbq.ro and manubnb.com Designed and automated workflows with n8n: booking confirmations, CRM syncs, payment notifications, and internal reporting pipelines Integrated OTA platforms (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, Wolt, Bolt, Glovo) and the hotel PMS 5StarDesk / Travelminit booking system into unified operational flows Led a small dev team, coordinating between designers, external contractors, and non-technical stakeholders Operations & growth Managed restaurant operations for ManuBBQ across 7 brands on Wolt, Bolt, and Glovo — handling menus, availability, pricing, and dispute resolution Ran OTA operations for ManuBnB on Booking.com and other platforms: listing optimization, rate management, availability sync, and guest communications Handled multi-channel customer support across email, booking platforms, and messaging — resolving issues, rescheduling, refunds, and escalations
